Yoga GroupsYoga is beneficial for all ages and abilities. Small groups of children within a similar age range practice mindful movement through yoga poses that increase flexibility and strength in mind and body.

Mindfulness GroupsMindfulness groups are conducted for children who may benefit from a small group setting for practicing specific mindfulness practices to decrease stress and anxiety, and general wellness.
