Dr. Weber has dedicated her entire life to teaching mindfulness practices to children and adults that allow them to discover their own power and wisdom. She spent over a decade as a special educator teaching children with disabilities practices for improving self-awareness and emotional regulation. Dr. Weber has spent the last decade as a university professor and educational consultant, training current and future teachers the mindfulness practices for self-care, as well as for implementing in their classrooms. Dr. Weber has implemented her mindfulness curriculum, Mynd Time©, in numerous schools. She provides mindfulness/meditation instruction to groups and individuals who seek greater joy, balance, and peace in their lives.
